How are recipients of a translated Nixle message determined?

Do all message recipients receive the translated version of a message?

Translated messages are only available on the Nixle Engage and 360 platforms.

Nixle Translated Message

The translated SMS and email message will be sent to recipients who have done one of the following:

Account Language Setting
  • Texted ESP to 888777.
  • Set their language preference to Spanish on the Account tab at local.nixle.com, as pictured to the right.
  • Set their language preference to Spanish when registering through a widget.
