- Replies are only accepted for two hours following a message's publication.

Request replies to messages sent to private groups by following the steps listed below:
- Log in to your agency at agency.nixle.com.
- Choose Message Center from the menu bar.
- Create your message as desired.
- From the SMS (Text Message) pane, check the checkbox next to Request reply.
- Replies will still be collected if the "Reply to sender" phrase is deleted, however it is recommended the message indicate responses are possible.
- Complete and send your message.

Access replies by following the steps listed below:
- Log in to your agency at agency.nixle.com.
- Choose Message Center from the menu bar.
- Choose Sent Messages from the sub-menu bar.
- From the Headline column, choose the desired message's More>> link.
