Is it possible to modify a Nixle Agency's email header?

Answer:

It is possible to update the header, although the Agency name in the header cannot be changed. 
Follow the steps below to modify a Nixle Agency's email header:

1. Log in to agency.nixle.com.
2. Click on Message Center.
3. Click on the Email Template sub-tab.
4. Select an email template, to pick a color scheme for email messages.
5. Select a Header Background Color.
6. Select a Header Text Color.
7. Select a Border Color.
8. Enter the desired text or delete the text in the Business Tag Line text box.
9. Click Preview Template to ensure the email header is configured as desired.
10. Click Save.
