Yes. However, Nixle users will NOT be able to make changes to their voice greeting.
To change the agency voice greeting, send a request with an audio file (The recommended format is 8KHz, 8bit, mono u-Law, or uncompressed PCM WAV and less than 5 minutes in length) to securedesk@nixle.com.
