Where can I access my sent messages?

Answer:

Sent Nixle messages will remain available in perpetuity and can be accessed by following the steps listed below:

1. Log in to your agency at agency.nixle.com.
2. Choose Sent Messages from the Quick Links section on the left of the page.

​The following actions can be performed from the Message Center:

• Filter displayed messages by Message Type and Status by selecting the desired checkboxes.
• Download all sent messages by choosing the Download CSV file of sent messages link.
• Search messages using the search box in the upper right of the page.
