How long are Nixle publications retained?

Answer:

Currently Nixle publications are retained indefinitely. However, the number of retained publications that can be downloaded is limited by the number of pages available on the Nixle Administration > Sent Messages screen. Therefore the best way to retain sent Nixle publications is to download and store the sent publications on a regular basis in accordance with your agency's retention policies. Do this by choosing the Download CSV file of sent messages option on the Nixle Administration > Sent Messages screen as noted in the screenshot below.
