How to update the Agency Logo and/or Agency Name in the Everbridge mobile application (EMA).

Description:

NOTE: The Agency logo can only be updated when the request has been made by an Agency Admin user or the Nixle Agency Account Manager.

Nixle agencies that are using the Everbridge App to send publications can have the agency name and logo updated.

To change an agency logo, send a request with a .png formated image (maximum size 788px x788px) to securedesk@nixle.com.
