How to find the publication ID of a sent publication in Nixle.

Description:

Sometimes you may need to identify the publication ID of a sent publication. For example, Everbridge Technical Support may request the publication ID when troubleshooting an issue. To find the publication ID, follow the steps below.

1. Log in to Nixle. By default you will be in the Overview screen.
2. Select Sent Messages under Quick Links.

3. Select More >> next to the message whose publication ID you need.

4. The Publication ID is in the URL. In this example the publication ID is '9999999'.
