What is the Nixle caller ID?
Answer:
The caller ID is required when sending messages with voice dialing. The caller ID should be a valid number that your message recipients can call back if they need to. Use a number that reaches a voicemail if your agency prefers that callbacks do not reach an actual person.
An agency may have as many caller IDs as desired, and may add, update or remove them by emailing securedesk@nixle.com.
