Due to privacy reasons, Nixle publications will only show the amount of SMS, Email, and Voice delivery paths the publication has been sent to.
When a publication is being sent to a Nixle Private, Nixle Public, or Nixle Dial Group, all or part of the contacts information is viewable in the groups. Therefore, Information of who the publication will be sent to can be viewed by the User. 

This information can be viewed in the publication page.

When a contact reports that they have not received a publication, first ensure that the following issues are investigated: 

• Nixle: Agency residents are not receiving SMS publications
• Nixle: Not Receiving Email Publications
