Answer:
Agency administrators are unable to alter the Nixle Dial group. To remove contacts from the Nixle Dial group, send an email containing their phone numbers (and names if available) to securedesk@nixle.com.
A general recommendation is to keep a record of all Nixle Dial removal requests, and provide it when Nixle performs the bi-annual data refresh for your agency.
