Managing Nixle agency users.

Description:

To be able to make changes to any of the agency users in a Nixle Agency, the agency will require an Agency Admin with Administrator permissions.

If there are no Administrators available in the Agency, please contact the Account Manager or Nixle Technical Support.

Removing Users 

Follow the steps below to remove a user from the Agency: 

1. Login to https://agency.nixle.com/login/
2. Select My Account in the top right-hand corner
3. Click the Users tab 
4. Locate the user to remove
5. Click the  icon

6. Select Delete user
7. The user will then be removed from the agency

Editing Users 

Follow the steps below to edit a user from the Agency: 

2. Select My Account in the top right-hand corner
3. Click the Users tab 
4. Locate the user to edit
5. Click the User-added image icon
6. The following changes can be made under the edit user page: 
  • Title 
  • Divison 
  • Deactivate/Activate user 
  • Permission Changes
