Answer:

Currently, your Nixle agency can be linked to only one Facebook account. However, if you have administrator login credentials for your Facebook account and access to page management, your Nixle messages can appear on any account-controlled page.

As pictured, there are three locations available for this Facebook administrator, and any or all can be selected to show Nixle alerts. Locations may not be specified when creating a message; whichever locations are granted permission within an agency's Facebook settings will show Nixle alerts.
