Nixle: Re-sending Nixle Messages

How can I resend a previous message?

Answer:

To resend any Nixle message, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account at agency.nixle.com.
  2. Choose Message Center from the menu bar.
  3. Choose Sent Messages from the sub-menu bar.
  4. Locate the desired message you wish to resend and click Recreate as Template Icon.
    1. If the desired message was deactivated, or if you are unable to find the desired message, check the checkbox next to Deactivated to include deactivated messages for selection.
    2. Locate the desired message you wish to resend and click Recreate as Template Icon.
  5. A new message with the same information will be created and is available for sending.
    1. The new message can be edited to reflect any necessary changes.
