The Agency logo can only be updated when the request has been made by an Agency Admin user or the Nixle Agency Account Manager. |
The agency logo can be updated, however, Nixle users will NOT be able to make changes to their agency logo.
To change an agency logo, send a request with a .jpg or .png formated image (maximum size 300x300px) to securedesk@nixle.com.
